My proposal: Explain the constitution more in-depth so we understand the technicalities of it.

Other proposal: Explain the banning issue, are we banned for saying fuck? For harsh insulting? Even for just minor insulting?

(I explained both of these in there voting sections of my opinons)

Forumotion doesn't want any insults. If you use fuck, you will be banned for a few days anyway.

If you say: "Oh shit, this is horrible"
"shit" is technically an insult, but I have never banned anyone for that, because that would be ridiculous.

This was the obvious part, but the question is, if someone who said:

member X supports murder, or member X likes Hitler and so on. If that certain person has never said it, you shouldn't say it either, because it is considered slander and could technically result in a ban.

"Oh shit this is horrible"
I could use that on a post that is declared to something bad, like, lets say someones computer got a virus and they were going to leave for like a week, i could say Oh shit this is horrible/Oh shit this sucks because i wanted him to stay!
That was a poor example, i can do a better one if needed now that i look at it again, lol.

Slander needs ban punishment, i agree with this.

I think getting punished for like...disagreeing, different opinons, or just saying "That was a bad argument" or something of the same-minded term, it should not be punished, its not harmful!
