its not that i have problems with it, but she's a girl and she gets those chief mod rights just because she is the girl here, that's racist to men.

Actually the real reason I gave such requirements, because I knew that the most active girls are Sara and Lilith, and I trust both. Lilith is very active and considers herself at the right of the political spectrum. I thought it might be a funky idea to let someone who is not communist lead a commune. And as we can see, she is doing well!

It's still technically a form of discrimination to base your decision off of someone's gender, whatever that gender may be. I don't particularly care in this case, however. It hasn't hurt anyone and Lilith seems to be doing fine.
