I'm not finish yet so it sounds maybe a bit weird but my goal is just to officially write rules to make it clear for everybody.

But it's still we are all permitted to make comments, add suggestions, and if majority doesn't agree, we can phange things. This place is made for that.

So, we made rules, but in fact, in fact we don't have to follow those rules, we'r all the admin now, all equal.

So, you cant simpyl exclude people for not following these rules, why? cause there ain rules, commune Wink

Yes but by respecting those rules all in a common accord we're all MORE equal Since everyone has the chance to justify the rules and make everyone happy 'bout it. Rules are just a common accord which on every one agrees to make the common life better for everyone. Rules are reversable tough so no panic Razz

I say we are all moral enough to not be a asshole here, however, if your excluded for not follpwing the rules, that's dumb cause there are rules but you dont have to follow it, totalt democrasy means evryone says what to be done, it dosnt opress minorties.
Not the ol'majorty rukles game -.-
It also means that evrything is handeled democratic..

But the rules sound good, let's see how it turns out Laughing

I just want to point out that democracy means everyone is in right to have their opinion and decide, but also that each person have some right too. Rules are made to preserve those rights so everybody have at least a bit of liberty. " Our liberty stops were liberty of others begins". I deeply think it's a prove of equality to determine what everybody is in right to have. We all have the liberty to be respected, to express our opinion, the right of conserving integrity of what we say etc.

We're not obligated to exclude people from the commune!!! Of course no! That's what I said: It's going to be done only if we really think a person deserve this and disturb liberty of other members. I didn't mean we should explude somebody the minute this person says an insult, at least it stay decent and at least we agree with that it's okay. There's no chief here, just us, with all the same powers, and all the same rights.

No it's just that if you join a commune with certain values you're expected to maybe at least respect them, not obliged to apply them but still.

You can do whatever you want at least it doesn't botter others. If those "others" are disturbed when you insult them (which most of us agreed with), then that's not nice and those "others" can exclude you. But if there's no reason of excluding you and you insult a person like "in joke" then I don't see why everybody would want to exclude you. You see? Smile

The chart is there only to say "we don't like when XX happens and most of the persons here could chose to exlude you if you don't follow that."
