| Once I went to an internet cafe, and copied some files on my usb stick. However, when I left, I forgot it in the computer. When I arrived home I wanted to see the things on my usb, but unfortunately I found out I dont have it anymore.
Not only I have not taken it from the internet cafe, I found out 3 hours later, and was already home, in the suburbs, while the internet cafe is in city centre.
I took the taxi, but nothing was there. I asked people who sat at my place, and nearby, but no one has seen it. I asked the people in charge and they have also not seen anything. So I returned back home and paid my 71 yuan bill (10$ only for taxi!!!)
The greedy thief who has stolen it should be punished! Because he didnt only steal my USB, but also all the crucial information I need so badly and he took my memories too! He doesnt need them, but I do! Someone who took it committed an evil crime, but will be better off! That's not fair. I would have this persons fingers broken! But I cant, because I dont know who he is and where he is!
Why do people take things which dont belong to them?
When I have lost an umbrella in a park in Austria, I didnt find out I have lost it until next day. That's when I went to the park again and saw the umbrella on the same bench as I have left it the day before. Although many people passed by, no one has taken it. This is a truly socialist behaviour!
I am dissapointed of China and her people!
EDIT: I have received an e-mail and I found out only short time ago, and a Chinese has told me he has found my USB stick and wanted to give it back to me. He even gave me his phone number.
I called him and we met the next day. He gave me the USB stick without wanting anything from me. Nevertheless I have invited him to have dinner with me and we became friends.

Yeah. Even though China's crime rate is rather low, people steal many things. It's because of the capitalist "reforms" in the country and they see it as an "oppurtune" moment for *whatever*.
That and China has many hackers. Too many. O_o _________________

Socialist values do not exist as much among the younger generation in China's urban centers. A memory stick is also worth a lot more in China than in Europe when you consider the wage diff - I suppose it could be compared to finding an I - pod or PSP. |

Poverty breeds desperation...

A capitalist would not give it unless you pay him for finding it!
If a person gives it for you for free not expecting anything in return, this is a trait of a socialist person! Such people might be socialist without knowing it yet. |

Youd only give it back if he agreed work in your textile factory for 1$ a day for the next 9 years.

I have lost the same USB once again, and this time someone else found it and returned it to me. (Now I use a strategy to prevent loosing it again. I still think I was just too lucky that it has been found and returned 2 times already.
PS: Good that you are a normal person and not a capitalist. Capitalists are definitely not normal. No normal person likes their greedy way of life. |

| Most people I know are greedy. Its their human nature. Human nature reflects the material conditions, and right now the mode of production is made so that people love being gredye. _________________
