Yep, and still people think he's (Mumia) guilty. I haven't heard, but is there even a reason given by the court as to why they won't allow him to confess? I would assume they feel (or they say they feel) that he's just confessing to get Mumia acquitted.

Man, if they execute Mumia, it could start a whole 'nother Rodney King episode. I hope they're prepared for something like that.

so many people's consciousness will be raised if that happens...

struggle will ensue

they prolly won't kill him because of that...

People think him getting life imprisonment without parole is a GAIN so...if they leave it at that and not reinstate the death penalty than he case will become even moreso unknown or forgotten

A member of the American Indian Movement framed in an incident involving the deaths of 2 federal agents at the Pine Ridge reservation. Imprisoned unlawfully for over 30 years, his story is similar to Mumia's.

I said mumia allegedly killed him but they changed it back to killed. I added that his supporters think he is innocent because the judge was a known racist and arnold beverley admitted to doing it. They changed it back to he has some commie supporters.
