Look it up people. Japan and China finally are trying to have a better relation with eachother and ease the tension in their people. This is their first talk in 10 years.

lolwut? You think China will actually forgive Japan for what horrid crimes they did in WW2? HELL FUCKING NO. Japan's government is full of reactionary neocon capitalist pricks and they deserve to be exposed for what they frakking are. Cappie pricks who only care for themselves. Evil or Very Mad

It's LONG overdue for an OFFICIAL apology from Japan and not just some "oh, were sorry for this and that" crap, only to withdraw apologies again. Rolling Eyes

I feel sorry for the Japanese people for not learning the truth of what their nation did in WW2. Mad

I feel the only reason why China is "talking" is to eventually convince Japan to "get down on her knees and apologize" since, well, it's nice to know that China is going to be a world power.

Oh. The Chinese may forgive, but they shall NEVER forget. Smile

And in case this sounds like anti-Japanese propaganda to you Vraps, it is. You have NO idea just how many people hate and loathe Japan for what they did in WW2...no frakking idea...

It would be nice if the US left Japan already, since the Marines stationed there are nothing but rapist pigs...

I am not being nationalistic (okay, sorta), but I am stating the truth. Rather brutally, but the truth. Japan has never formally apologized to China, Korea, or Okinawa, etc.

Read Rape of Nanjing by Iris Chang? The Japanese government denied the book and even went so far as to threaten book publishers who were apparently more "open-minded" about the issue.

More importantly, I'm afraid you can't have authority over me. Need I remind you the ban button? Or that you are not even an admin? Hu hu...

No, Vraps. I'm not putting up a front. I'm just stating it rather cynically since the Japanese government is FULL of cappie neocon pricks more than willing to suck up to US government's every single whim.

The Japanese people disappoint me very much. They nearly all have been literally indoctorinated to believe that "US is a utopian paradise" by the neocon government. Just last year, there was this Japanese exchange student sent over to my school. A friend of mine talked to this Japanese girl and well...the poor Japanese girl was lead to believe that America was this perfect utopian society and a literal dreamland. O_o

I am NOT joking. At least some Koreans realize the truth of the US, when I went over to Korea last year, many Koreans were indifferent or disliked the American presence there.

Not surprisingly, I shared the same opinion.

Anyway, I just wish I could've met this Japanese girl and talked to her more about the horrible truth her government oppressively hides...it's a sad story...

Japan is overhyped much...but in reality, it's just a 2nd rate "puppet" country ruled by their masters.

And the manhwa "Zero The Beginning of the Coffin" cleared things about the Japanese enough for me. Ever seen my username here? It's the Korean title of the very same manhwa. It's about a story where two siblings get experimented on by a secret government funded research facaility who never hesistated to run unethical "medical experiments" upon humans. And it was before a Korean division merged with them, putting an effective HALT to the experiments.

The manhwa's story is very believable to me since Unit 731 was a similiar "research" division of the IJA. I wouldn't doubt it if Zero was to be a real story.

Yes, the Japanese people are very nice and kind. But no, the government are REAL pricky A-holes.

Myanmar is exactly like S Korea's former military junta. lulz, go figure.

And uhm, dude. Did you not see what I typed? They literally thought that poor girl into believing the "US was a perfect place". For serious.

You really are being nationalistic, Nationalism is the opposite of communism. You should try and embrace the workers of the world instead of criticize them of there past. and if China was truly a model socialist country they would also realize this instead of hold onto the past.

Well, the problem with Asians is that nearly ALL of them are extremely proud of their culture and whatnot, so there is that problem.

And I am criticizing the hawkish Japanese government, not the people. The people are fine, but the government holds too much power over the truth.

It's like this: If Germany withdrew their apologies, would the US or EU let them get away with it?

They wouldn't.

I think it's more of a "once the war generation finally dies off we'll get somewhere" momment. The generational views are suppossibly extremely different. Japan youth basically going against every single "tradition" in japan from what I hear.

Indeed. It's a complete 180. Japan's youth for example, actually sympathize with North Korea's plight. The older generation, however, want all of Korea to be blown off the face of the Earth.

I am not joking.

Indeed, they are. It's so sad that they pratically abandon some good traditions (like family and all) for capitalist materialism such as anime and other stuff. Like I said before, the youth are made to believe the US is a "perfect haven utopia" when clearly, it's one of the most backwards and nationalistic politically indoctorinated countries on Earth.

Freedom is slavery. You know...?

The U.S made buddy buddy with Japan... Dont bring any "You don't know what it is like." into it either because many of our men died to liberate the pacific from Japan..back when Liberation ment something... and then we fucking dropped an A-Bomb on them.. If they can forgive us for turning their civilians into radioactive vapor then surely China can forgive Japan for a little Genocide... or three..

I wonder WHY America made "allies" with Japan... Rolling Eyes

And Japan uses the atomic bombings as a pretext to say they were the victims of WW2. Nice, huh?
