How, he promoted superiority through race and claimed all others were inferior. Why should he be aloud to stay?

| Becous this is not a forum for selected points of view - he believes in that stuff and this forum was sopose to promote him a right to at least polemic, if he would turn up like Pane or Mat with spam talk and weak arguments I understand - but I for one never saw him lash out, you guys wore the ones Lashing out most the case.
Its just like Jeri getting Banned for being Communist
Shouldn't he AT LEAST get a FAIR trial on the court? Why did his trial take a few hours while most took several weeks? Why were there no convincing or valid arguments against him ever presented?

He was given a few chances to support his position; he didn't take it and rather claimed raceology was science without support.

Lash out? From what i saw, he used insults on two occasions, and he said "nigger" twice, an offensive and insulting in and of itself. Look through his posts, there's enough for a ban.

I reported Watermelon as well. I showed no biased towards anyone, communist or not, engaging in insulting language.
Yes, maybe he should've had a fair trial, but do you really think he would've been pardoned? I can guarentee you it would've ended in a ban anyway.

I agree, but the rules of this website don't grant the right for a trial before suspension or banning. Kenzu is still the Admin of this site, and the rules he has set should be followed. The People's Court was just a way to make this site more democratic. If Kenzu doesn't see that it is fitting to have a trial, then there's no need. He didn't abuse his power; go to any other site and you'll find the same routine.

You're assuming everyone has a right to a trial in the People's court. Maybe they should, but that's not how it is right now, and this is not the place to debate whether they should or not. Don't you think it's interesting that you're the only one who has an objection to this ban?

I suggest you read the rules once more. Warnings are allotted for minor infractions. Is the degradation of entire races and ethnicities minor to you? Or the condoning of murder of blacks for the mere fact that they are black?
The only minor infractions i could see were his insults.

Fair enough. I suggest you take this up with Kenzu in a PM if you really feel motivated to bring him back or give him a trial before his ban is finalized.

| I can make a trial, but I don't really see the point in this. One or two people might support him, but five or ten would want him banned forever.
He will be given a fair trial and the possibility to defend himself in the court. |
