i.e. poverty etc.
You can't expect people to follow such laws when the social conditions of the underclasses force them into crime.

Amen to that. That's what a great deal of people fail to understand. That many are forced into crime by social conditions and not by mere will. |

humm here too the police have gotten morre drugs over the last 8 years than the 80 befor that. |

Yeah. I now cannot agree more. Because this week, some old man burned Korea's Namdaemun (National Teasure No 1) down to the ground because he wasn't paid enough money by the government.
It's a sad day in history for Korea...  |

If everyone adopted drug policies like they have in Switzerland this wouldn't be a problem.

I feel your pain...being Chinese, I've seen many structures like the Namdaemun, but few besides the Forbidden City that are as beautiful. It is what happens to many people when they are put into places they dislike-they fight back, sometimes destroying the things that they really care about.

iceland has never had drugs till now and even tho they are getting a lot more now it's maybe 100-150 kilogramms they get so we can say that the consumption is 200-300 kilogramms a year.
that's one gramm a person. |
