Before you needed to have at least 12 people to vote in the Komsomol application and the majority had to vote YES.

Now, all you need is at least 7 people to vote yes if less than 12 people have voted. For 12 and more votes, you have to have simple majority of YES votes.

Before, even if you had 11 YES votes and 0 NO votes, you still had to wait for another vote.

Now it is enough if you have 7 YES votes if the total is less or equal to 12 votes.

I just removed a bureaucratic hurdle. That's all.
