it was obviously a joke, and i know that since me and liche make alot of jokes that maybe over way over the limit in public. i dont want to give an example, because those jokes are really rude. but we make them for fun, i just think he forgot about it, like i sometimes do too. so he overreacted and used a wrong word. but he didnt mean you was retarded, that is 100% sure. he just used the word retarded since its so harsh and rude and that was what the jokes we made was about. i think you should lift the ban, he also said sorry for it. study

And I don't think it was a joke, I think liche was just mad because of Kenzu made it a moderation election kind of.
