The issue of gay marriage is a vastly controversial one in the United States, and I would like to hear your thoughts about it.

In particular, I would like you to answer the following questions:

1. Is homosexuality a sin/immoral?
2. Does homosexuality offend your sensibilities/morals?
3. Should gay couples receive the same benefits as heterosexual couples? (Tax breaks, etc.)

1. No.
2. No.
3. Yes.

I've never understood the controversy, to be honest. The real controversy, I think, is that there are people out there who actually give a shit - more than a shit, in fact! - about what gay couples, people who they'll never even meet, decide to do with their lives.

The controversy should be "Why do people have right to delimit others' rights?" A development of this controversy should be "Why should anyone have the faculty to determine whether a guy fucks consensually anothe rguy or not?"

1. No.
2. No.
3. Yes.

Canada got it legalized? That's good to hear, did the conservatives do that orrrr..

Anyways, it was here ligalized here in 2001, I think we were like the first country to do, so I thank the social-democrat/liberal/social-liberal for that. Which was the first without a christian democratic party, to bad it ended...

Because people are free to practice certain rituals if they wish to so long as they don't affect third parties or imply coercion upon anyone.

I understand your sentiment, but I think that the burden of proof is usually required by those who suggest that we withhold ourselves from engaging in certain activities rather than those who suggest that we allow other individuals to freely and willingly join unions together in the manner of their own choosing, so long as they don't threaten the safety, well-being, or etc. of others.

So the question to me absolutely can't be "why not ban marriage," but, rather, it is "why ban marriage?"

Know what I mean?

Beautifully said WWW. Why should anyone have the faculty to delimit whether a couple marries or not and how?

1 . Is this immoral to be heterosexual ? No. Same thing for homosexual attirance.
2 . Not at all. I'm myself bisexual.
3 . There should be no tax for anyone.

Gays have the same rights aa evryone, why?, becuse they just fucking do.
als I just read the bill of rights....

No person shall be held to answer for any capital.................. nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

so tecnically communism is illegal.

and hutin, I agree no tax, except of buisness.
