One of Obamas Adminastrators referred to Conservatives as "Crackers" and stated that he believes 911 was a conspiracy created by US Governement (when Al Queda claims resoponsibility).

What do you think of this? An Idiot, or someone just speaking there mind.

I agree the US could of prevented 911, but I cant bring myself to believe they did it themselves, Ive looked into several major conspiracy theories (and some minor ones) surrounding it, and they seemed like BS to me.

The "cracker" thing is kind of funny, but it's also annoying because anyone who calls him out on it is going to be called a "racist."

I hate racism, but I also dislike bourgeois anti-racism.

Anyway.

No, I don't think 9/11 was orchestrated by the U.S. government, but I do think that there were certain warning signs that should have been heeded. Take, for example, Richard Clarke's warning memos to Condoleezza Rice months before 9/11 occurred. He knew that al-Qaeda was planning something.

It's not so much that they knew and did nothing about it, but that those who did know weren't listened to, mostly for political reasons.

We're talking about Van Jones? I don't remember hearing anything about him calling people crackers, and i'm pretty sure the petition he signed was to investigate the governments role in 9/11, not that it was necessarily a conspiracy.

Why? There are far too many things -- very unlikely -- that happened for it to be mere coincidence.

I would read some of those, or watch the blueprint for truth video.

And there's no reason to engage cointelpro agents to discredit the truth movement if their arguments held absolutely no credence.

Anyway, Van Jones is a pretty good guy, and the White House should be ashamed of its apathy.

I heard something. But i haven't seen a quote in which he explicitly denies he signed the petition.

Well, it doesn't seem to say he denied signing it, but rather denied agreeing with it... which might well be worse, considering it shows his lack of fortitude.
