Well the good side is that a company that wants MOAR could start many invesments or so, and create jobs in that way.

But it could be bad cuz maybe the standers for the workers would be misery, but snap the government is like "Oh no you don't", then the workers are happy cuz they got minimum wage and all. Yay.

But yea they can also start to create work in poor countries and then pay not really much.

as the only reason microsoft looked into it was for money, same with the ipod( maybe not the apple computer, but the ipod definatly)

People will strive what ever the main thing is. If we were payed in Slaves, the purpose of making ipod would be for slaves. If the main thing we strived for was water we would strive for water. It dosent really matter, these things will be created not matter what. Its just human ingenuity.

The idea comes from a need taht can be sufficed. The development comes from scientific knowledge and its application. The product itself comes from the combination of scienific research and available resources. We have an absurd economic system right now that makes profit a requirement for economic endeavours' survival, stability and growth, yet, that's not the driving force behind inventions.

why make a prius( it isnt cuz they wanted to save the environment)
why make ipods, xbox's and blu ray
why make gaming computers

becuase these companies wanted more money, not to further the progress

Profit is the requirement to survive within such a stupidly disorganized economy, that's why it should be within the objectives of any economic endeavour that intends to survive within this system, however, everything is done in order to perform a function which is to fulfill a certain goal and that, and the requirements for that to achieve said goal is the driving force behind what is produced, not profit.

Just because that's what is required to survive. The economic organizational scheme allowed for needs to be sufficed without money, then not even the concept "profit" would exist.

People do things because they can, because they need them and ecause they'll allow or assist in survival and development.

a few examples of brainwashing. and you obviosly think there is a greater good, other than doing what you think is right, which there isnt. Communism just wants people to do what they know is right, it has nothing to do with brainwashing.
