Delete Troll Posts In Spamistan?

I say this is a good idea, but some might argue to keep them, sense it is Spamistan and it dosent harm anyone.

I PM'd you on how this will succeed, also, the votes only count if you say what you voted. For example, Guy1 votes no (and hes not Watermelon) then he says, I vote No!, thats how we know he voted no.
