Let's make Liche and Black Cross admins

I think Liche and Black Cross have showed they have skill in moderating a site like World Republic and are viewed positively by World Republic community, therefore I propose they should both receive administrator status.

Let's make a 4 people conversation on MSN, where me, Zealot Kommunizma, Liche and Black Cross will discuss the rules and further details.

The conversation will be published afterwards on World Republic to keep everything as transparent as possible.

The only problem i see is getting ZK to participate, given how busy he seems to be with his schooling.

I think there is no problem if there are more people.

There can be even 20 participants, just make sure the others are not talking.

I can already imagine all the spamming up when there are mass convos.

As long as you agree to watch without interrupting, you are welcome to see the conversation yourself.

We can have some time afterwards where everyone can talk if you want.

In the spirit of direct action, i propose we set a date; I don't think Zealot willl have the time.

I would prefer that it is sometime during the week, as i don't have always-accessible internet. A week or so notice would be nice as well.

I can try and get access whenever. I have school during the day, but I can get on when I get home and some days my therapist comes (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
