| ^^ i think decisions of who joins komsomol should be decided only by it's members in a democratic debate, sealed off to all other members except the applicant (so he can defend why he should be allowed).

| ^^haha, you and your Lenin. Seriously though, i think that is a better way to handle the komsomol. If it were reserved to leftists, why would you want the authoritarian right and soft left voting on who gets in. They could quite possibly just fuck it up by consolidating votes.
