to say that america is fascist is foolish. the economy of a fascist country is state controlled like socialism. the practical applications of socialism indicate a fascist state, because dictatorship is inevitable (another fascist idea)

communism is the exact opposite. communism uses a true democracy(decentralized democracy) there is also no money in communism so how is there economic freedom when everything is free?

there isnt economic freedom just like in fascism it relies on strict enforcement of gov. intervention in the economy the only way it is free is if the government stayes out of the economy otherwise it leds to corruption notice similarities between communist states and fascist states? idk about the idealistic views of communism, the inevitably is its lack of freedom!!!!!!!!!!!

The economy of a fascist economy is more comparable to the economies of Britain and the US during the war. At no point were the German capitalist class expropriated and the fascist dictatorship did very little which acted against the interests of the section of German capitalism whom they recieved their backing from. The same thing goes for Italy. Nazism recieved initial support from the German upper classes. The only reason Hitler was able to become Chancellor was because of the intervention of von Papen and President von Hindenburg's (might be an 'e') son Oskar. Previously Hindenburg had rejected Hitler's demand to be Chancellor saying something to the effect of "I may make him my post master general, so he can lick my stamps". In short Hitler and his party were helped into power by the Junkers.

Sure there was heavy state intervention in the German and Italian economies, but this is not comparable to the state control of the economy (and ownership of the means of production) in the so called socialist states since it had two aims. The first was to deliver profit to Heavy industry, the second to prevent total collapse in the wake of their other economic policies.

Not all communists support leninism (the 'brand' of communism which came to power in 1917 and other revolutions). Communism is not a monolith. There existed opposition to the Bolshevik coup in Russia, the mensheviks for example, and IIRC, various prominent members of this party set about rallying socialist opposition to the Bolshevik dictatorship.

Communism is post-scarcity.

Im sorry.. I cant bring my self NOT to respond to this....

FASCISM IS NOT COMMUNSISM AT ALL

Fascism doun't even need a dictator... It is a system of Nationalised Capitalism which prevents inflation by destroying what creates it. Free markets destroy the economy by driving up prices for the sake of making a profit. I admit it destroys cirtain freedoms but only the freedoms that destroy the economy.
