| Tomorrow I am flying to China! And I will stay there for half a year. I wonder what the life will be like, but one thing is for sure. In the range of 25 km, there will be over 8.000.000 girls! and if only 1 out of 1000 will be beautiful, there will be over 8.000 such beautiful girls!
But, I came for studying of course. *cough* *cough*

| Congratulations my friend I wish you the best with that trip and I hope you'll learn a lot, experience a lot, see a lot and *** a lot too (just kidding about the *** part ) Yeah, even if only .1% of Chinese girls are beautiful, from age 16 to age 24 that is 1 million girls | |

| Kenzu studies Chinese, likes Chinese culture, he studies economics and is socialist. While not socialist, China pretends to be so, and so far it's the fastest growing economy in the world. In the whole far East there's no better option for Kenzu than China As for me I'd rather go to China, Japan ought to be some sort of Far easter Version of a mixture between USA and a European country.. | |

Sure, they are VERY advanced and all but... The stuff is EXPENSIVE there and they are losing their ancient culture bit by bit in favor of instant gratification. Also, if people just go over there for the anime and not appreciate the culture, the Japanese will hate you. Badly. Even Japanese Americans have been looked down upon as "inferior" by the "natives". And it is a known fact that islander Japanese's "Engrish" is by far the WORST in Asia. XD lol So. I'd take my bet on China instead of Japan. ^^

| HERE IS MY EXPERIENCE FROM CHINA: This whole city is funky! To eat decent food in a restaurant costs between 20-30 yuan, that's 2-3 Euros. Firework is cheap and the Chinese are shooting it for one week already! You can buy a carpet of 5000 firecrackers for about 9 Euros. I found a story where they sell red guard uniforms. I will buy myself and my brother one each. The university is huge, maybe 3x3 km, or even 50x50 km. To go from one side to the other takes about 15-20 minutes. There is a huge Mao Zedong statue in our campus. Maybe 20 or 40 metres tall! Buses cost only 0.2 Euros per ride and each bus has 2 flatscreen TVs. There are many cameras everywhere and all subway cars have cameras too. Each gate has a guard and there are many police officers everywhere. The city seems safe and I have not seen a crime yet. People are very nice and even though most speak only Chinese, most of them are always ready to help you. I lived here for over a week and never needed a map. People can tell you where to buy what things cheaply and which bus or subway line to take to get there. - Zealot_Kommunizma wrote:
