| I wouldn't call him a hero and I don't like Bonapartism but he did replace the aristocracy with the bureaucracy which was a major step forward. | |

He wasn't necessarily bad, he was just history's inevitable parody of Julius Caesar. Louis Bonaparte on the other hand should probably be gulaged.
