why do many ppl hate the american government

when worse countries exist it seems it is always the fault of the american government if it was justified to respond to aggression it is condemned but if another country does the same thing it is not why do ppl on this forum stick up to terrorist organizations but not to the american government

Exactly. And they have been the ONLY ones to actually USE and threaten other countries with nukes.

Well...we currently have a leader who's a complete dumbass and is more focussed on spreading his own power by hiding behind a national tragedy. When we get a good leader that will change hopefully.


Also America has the stereotype of being arogant and completly out of touch with the rest of the world.

Its also silly that a couple of countries only can make nukes i understand that they don't like Iran or N-Korea to buld but why not smaller countries i mean that means only a sertain countries can have nukes so they can like always win a war and u know.

Because US wants to ensure its hegemony. If Iran was able to have nuclear weapons it would be a treat to its hegemony. However, it's more of an excuse to attack Iran.

The American government is the real terrorist. To answer the question, people hate the American government as they invade small defenceless countries to make profit and get involved in every war they can, again to make profit, leaders etc. The list goes on.

I wouldn't call the US government terrorist. But I would call it corrupt. The two-party elections are a sham, and the NRA has a grip on the delegates.

The United States have a history of war-profiteering. The computer company IBM was heavily involved in the filing and organizing of Death Camp prisoners in the 3rd Reich, without IBM technology the Death Camps couldnt have been able to organize their prisoners and deal with their files. Think about that, those little things that no one thinks about, IBM was the most sofisticated 'computer' at that time, you really think that Germany was able to develop something like that?

But the reason that the US is so hated now is because it has become a blatent show of force around the world. It has also moved away from the realm of 'war profiteering' because they are being opportunistic, to blatently creating a war to bring in a profit. Nothing is hidden at all, but the American people are just so terrified of their own government PLUS all the terrorists they are told are out to get them, that they dont protest anymore. Dissent has been turned into something to be ashamed of because your a unpatriotic or dont realize the sacrafices those young men and women are making overseas, in a war that did not need to be waged in the first place. My father in law is in Afghanistan right now fighting for the freedom of that country, doing something constructive in trying to make a difference where it counts. Not protecting oil reserves and plunging a nation into even more turmoil.

Not one of the hijackers on 9/11 were Iraqi, or had any ties to Iraq. Infact, a good number of them were Saudi. But you dont see anyone invading Saudi Arabia right?

Well, aside from war profiteering, US also tries to conquer nations that coercially do not favour it in order to open their marjets to US's.

For example, Wal-Mart doesn't only count with its own franchises here in Mexico, Wal-Mart owns some of the most important super-market chains in Mexico that were born as mexican companies.

The G-7 in general tries that every country serves both as their client and worker and if that country resists, then there's always the imperial army to change their minds.
