I asked at the post office, it is from 100 to 155 yuan. Funny that to USA it is only 100, while to Russia it is 155, but Russia is closer than USA!

I bought a soviet lighter on ebay. and a chinese red guard hat from china too, but back then I had to pay 15 Euros, just for the hat including mail fee. thats like 22 Dollars.

Yes, but what you can do is buy more hats, in case your friends want some too. I can send many hats with one kg mail delivery. Then you can share the mailing fee.
