For your information, man, the soviet secret services changed their name like a thousand time and got involved in mass murder campaign under Lenin and Stalin.

There were the Cheka, NKVD and KGB mainly. The Cheka doesn't even count as a Soviet Secret Service since it didn't belong to the Soviet Union.

Now, why does this go out of context?

Simple: The thread is about Iran retaliating against US officially declaring official branches of Iranian military "terrorist organizations" by doing the same declaration of USA's military and intelligence branches. The claim is based on charges of International terrorism from both parts.

Mentioning the CIA is not out of context since its direct a direct target of Iranian government's declarations, the main topic here... But, how do the "Soviet Secret Services" come into context here?

I have to agree here with Iran on this one. Even though I dont like Iran much (for not obvious reasons) at the very least they do have evidence and factual claims about US crimes in Latin America, Asia, etc.

And besides, Iran has had it with US influence for years. The Shah, Contra "Scandal", etc.
