I mean, here's an idea. If you don't want to get banned, then don't blatantly break the rules to which you signed to join. Namely swearing. Oh, and I swear quite a bit, and Kenzu has been VERY leaniant, and I thank him for it. Maybe it's because I haven't posted 10+ hate subjects about him.

The site claims to be democratic. If people reasonably think this is not fulfilled then leaving is much more than mere ifantile tantrums.

Those hate subjects dedicated to him do not come out of nowhere, they have a reason to be there. That reason is not that they've been banned but the reason for which they were banned.

They don't want to simply avoid being banned, they don't want that it is possible to get banned for a reason they consider ridiculous.

Nobody cares that they find it ridiculous. They signed, (but didn't read, let's face it, no one does) an agreement not to use foul or offensive language, which is, what I've seen, the big reason why people are getting banned. Now yes, he doesn't enforce with everybody, like me. Probably LIKES me. Is that wrong? Yes, actually. But until he declares a zero tolerance, I'm taking advantage.

You signed the agreement. You'll be hard pressed to find many forums that allow it.

Eh, Black Cross has a point. Kenzu's being more reactionary than anything. The fact that he wasn't here for a bit (for like almost half a year) and somehow happened to see our communists/socialists nasty posts first...well...

This surely isn't democracy. I think you're a good admin Kenzu but...let's face it. The people you are banning really haven't done much of anything REALLY bad (unlike Mattabesta or Calinis) and you have to ask yourself...

Am I being democractic? Am I serving the will of the people as a whole?

You can't just ban them just because you feel a few cappies need a "fair chance". That's just simply autocractic.
