Me too. But, happened what happened, even if the kid did commit some sort of aggression or infringed some law, that stupid officer is completely overreacting and abusing of him.

As far as I can tell, the police officer was telling the kid to stop skateboarding but the kid couldn't hear him because he was listening to his ipod. In any case, its totally illegal for the police to grab and push someone to the ground like that unless their being violent, especially minors and even then they can't push them to the ground because its bot only unnecessary and therefore brutal, but its against proper procedure because if they're violent then its just plain not a good idea. I think they could definitely win a court case.

Me too, some times the tapes are tampered with (purposely, an unintentionally) but I'm sure the beginning of this didn't anything to make the cops look better.
