| Leon Trotsky should be remembered as a great hero of socialism. He was one of the leaders of the Russian Revolution, an excellent theoretician, he led the Red Army to victory in the Civil War and even after being exiled from the Soviet Union he continued to fight Stalinism and pursue socialism until the day he died. | |

| He is a great hero indeed. His theory of world revolution has inspired many militant Marxist groups all over the world. There would have been no U.S.S.R. if it weren't for Trotsky. | |

| From the books I've read I heard that Trotsky collaborated with fascists in Spain and jewish organisations in the US to throw down Stalin. He wasn't a patriot of the USSR, so I don't think that he could've been a good leader. | |

Trotsky collaberating with fascists was flimsy Stalinist propaganda, he never actually came close to overthrowing Stalin, but Stalin said that he did in order to further persecute Trotskyites. If he had overthrown Stalin he would have been even more heroic and like all true communists, he was an internationalist.

Khrushchev actually helped the USSR. Somewhat, but he pissed a lot of people off with his public temper tantrums and the Cuban Missle Crisis.
