The customs and tolls are VERY strange here in Iceland O_O Almost everything is banned and the prices are fucked up! the price we have to pay for electronics are about 90% of the time 2x the USA price. and that's when the dollar is stable and low.

Although I wonder why a so-called socialist would support free-trade. well if I'm correct the question is: Prot or Freemarket plus, look at how much free trade has helped Estonia.

| Both answers are stinky, but I'm with Zealot. If we want to choke big businesses, then protectionism is the way to do it. | |

fair trade is for like coffee beans and such. US companies have to pay the value of beans per cup they sell to Pedro the bean (hes the guy on the bag of Coffee beans). And free trade is what it sounds like.

| bad stuff needs high taxes like cars i say. only people who live in the country should'nt pay much for cars, also cigarets, alcohol and marujiana should have high taxes too since its not very healthy, food should have low taxes, but unhealthy food should have high taxes! luxus stuff like vacations to other countrys should also be taxed. books and stuff that you learn from should be free. | |

free trade has nothing to do with taxes really.... but how would you know whether or not you leave the country for vacation or other reasons?
