What the hell is this? When the prosecutor somes up with such a statement I definitely question the legitimacy of his prosecution.

And now checking the thread more carefully:

1. No rules stablished (thread duration, vote rules)
2. Ambiguous options in the poll.
3. Poll votation should be backed up by posts.
4. As I previously said, the prosecution is questionable.

Also, I ask the prosecutor not to criticize other people's violation of confidentiality since he has himself done and benefited from this.

So far Alex seems just to be overreacting and being hypersensitive. Nothing else.

I don't know about you, but I don't trial people for being hypersensitive.

I request the trial to be reopened in a more formal, organized and clearer way with a more valid argumentation.

Note: For those that think I'm cancelling this or being autocratic, no, I'm not. I'm simply expressing my opinion and arguing why I consider this prosecution invalid.
