| As of now I'll enforce what people demands abiding by this procedure:
1.A thread with a demand by a member or a proposal by me will be opened.
2. People will excert their vote in it in the form of a post.
3. As soon as it reaches 51+% after a period of 2 days or 8 votes I'll enforce that popular demand. | |

| Why dont you just give him his watermellon account back? Hes never gonna stop. At least the spam is limited to one account. Just erase his post counts and the probelm is solved. That watermelons playground idea is also good. | |
