That, more than an insult was a personal attack, a wish that Zach's girlfriend died. That is much more severe, wait, not far more, there is simply no point of comparison between saying that and calling someone "moron" or "fuck you idiot". There is no damn point of comparison.


Now, that moron was banned provisionally so we can oficially and democratically determine what the sanction is to be while he is unable to come and post more crap or delete his post, that is, the evidence. The evidence is too blatant so it is impossible to plea for innocence. And I sincerely doubt anyone here will be tolerant enough to allow him come back after all he has done.

Indeed I don't think either he will get away unbanned, but we still have to decide how long he got banned.
So we need to start a poll for that since we want to go to a more democratic forum.
And what I think he is now is kinda grounded from posting and all.

I mean zach and alek were asking for a permban and you said scum killed not "Grounded until the poll statics" or something, though I would have been as angry as beatnik if he called my gf like that.

Also if a trial/poll will be held I think enviro should have the right to defend himself, which means that he should only have acces to let's say the trial section or something if that's possible.
I know his defence will hardly do anything but I still think people have the right to defend themselves, calinis did for a while till he did stupid things while the trial was going there for he couldn't defend himself anymore, that is in my eyes what someone desevres, not defending themselves because of stupid things while the trial already started.

Matter of colloquialisms. As a suporter of expressing oneself freely I decided to refer to enviro as "scum". Althugh "killed" would imply a permanent effect, it will be permanent so long as the people want it in this case. For now it persists.

For the sake of reason, I don't think the trial will be held to determine wether enviro is banned or not but how much and enviro doesn't have a say on that.

Its impossible to defend himself in the reason for not a ban, but he can defend himself by convincing people to vote a lower ban then a permban.
