The most recent acts of the like would have been the killing of union organizers in Iraq, the targeting of their hospital (because it releases propaganda, that is, deaths caused by US aggression). It's a very distinct trend and racism is not the root of the problem (in fact, racist sentiments were increased by the actual root)

He's talking about teh Pakistani kids. What makes you doubt they'd target houses? It's not like they've never done it (carpet bombing Baghdad in 1991 for example or bombing the shit out of farms in Yugoslavia from mid 1990's to 1999). Yes, the Pakistani children; and this is basically what happened. Intelligence tells Obama that militant Jihadists reside/frequent a boarding house (necessarily residential, so this was a blatant terrorist act), Obama says "light it up!!" (because he loves his missile drones) and 8* militants die along with at least 10 innocent civilians, i believe 4 of which were small children (can't remember the exact number, as if it matters).

*This number was never confirmed as far as i know, they just "believed" that 8 were jihadis... Mission Accomplished.
