| The issue of gay marriage is a vastly controversial one in the United States, and I would like to hear your thoughts about it.
In particular, I would like you to answer the following questions:
1. Is homosexuality a sin/immoral? 2. Does homosexuality offend your sensibilities/morals? 3. Should gay couples receive the same benefits as heterosexual couples? (Tax breaks, etc.)

| 1. No. 2. No. 3. Yes.
I've never understood the controversy, to be honest. The real controversy, I think, is that there are people out there who actually give a shit - more than a shit, in fact! - about what gay couples, people who they'll never even meet, decide to do with their lives.

| The controversy should be "Why do people have right to delimit others' rights?" A development of this controversy should be "Why should anyone have the faculty to determine whether a guy fucks consensually anothe rguy or not?"
1. No. 2. No. 3. Yes. | |

Why not ban marriage all together? I understand your sentiment, but I think that the burden of proof is usually required by those who suggest that we withhold ourselves from engaging in certain activities rather than those who suggest that we allow other individuals to freely and willingly join unions together in the manner of their own choosing, so long as they don't threaten the safety, well-being, or etc. of others. So the question to me absolutely can't be "why not ban marriage," but, rather, it is "why ban marriage?" Know what I mean?

Know what I mean? Beautifully said WWW. Why should anyone have the faculty to delimit whether a couple marries or not and how?

| Gays have the same rights aa evryone, why?, becuse they just fucking do. als I just read the bill of rights....
No person shall be held to answer for any capital.................. nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
so tecnically communism is illegal.
and hutin, I agree no tax, except of buisness.

| Matt, even I get that communism won't take your damn home away. If it does, you've got a bigger problem on your hands. Even in communism the police, or whatever equivalent we'd have since I know Zeal is gonna say something, would need a warrant to enter your home unless in direct prusuit of a criminal. Kinda like now. | |

Maybe to you, but in Marxist theory, private property is the means by which we subsist as a society held by capitalists. This is in complete contrast to personal property, which is the commodities that a person owns, the latter not being affected by a revolution. But go ahead and keep ignoring the reality of it to suit your cappie-inspired agenda (i dunno how many times that needs repeating to you for you to get it).
