I can see what you mean in terms of how it denigrates women and advocate superficiality but its not much different from action films since people watch them to satisfy their need for violence and people simply watch pornagraphy to satisfy another need.

True, especially with the rise of the internet.

I think it should be banned for anyone below 18, and child porn should be banned completely.

It shouldn't be available for anyone on the internet, except when it can be made possible that no underage child can watch it.

Poor school children if they want to educate themselves and find out about slavery in the internet, but end up with BDSM porn videos.

Don't you agree? Children should be protected!

But the question is, how to guarantee that they cannot see such videos on the internet, while adults can.

2. it is a great way for a teen to "relise" sexual tension...

However I dislike the exploitation of human sexuality for profit.

In addition many women in the sex industry are forced into it for various reasons.

Well i don't know if you have studied ethics at all but most of the theories do not agree with you. For example Utilitarians think that it is good for sexual activities to be open for it is the greater good of the people. This is because people who sexuality is repressed they become less productive

kidnaping women from mexico and bringing them to the usa as sex slaves is what I meant.

I would ban porn altogether!

To many people suffer under it. Not only children who might get a trauma, especially if they are the ones abused, but it isn't good for the women either. If someone wants to make porn, they may not ask money for it. It should be restricted to adults and it should be free.

If no one can gain money from it, only exibitionists will make it, but not people who are forced to do it.

but freedom of speech and media conflict with your opinion strongly.

banning porn is qiet useless without banning prostitution.

I'm in favor of porn(me haveing 25gigs of it is unrelated)
but against prostitution.
porn is a medium of money wich gives pepole jobs.
If pepole don´'t want it then they won't watch it.
