Canadian health care is a little like Dutch healthcare, but I dont understand enough from Dutch healthcare for now though, but we got universal to, you gotta pay, but its like really cheap. And you MUST have a healthcare by the law.

No, its true. Smokers get a worse plan than non smokers, which is justified, but all are equal no?
