Its almost certain that he used a cheat engine of some kind. He flagged every bomb, in addition to clearing it. Just the flags themselves, would've taken 0.10 seconds for each.

No alex, I ALWAYS flag everything and it DISGUSTS me that you think I use a fucking cheat.

If you want to know I play mineswepper now I quit but sometimes play it, anyways the furthest I came with at only hand and stuff was 3 seconds, but I got 1 second becuz at ONE click I got everything, it was pure luck. I'm good anyways lol look at my other scores there.
