He improves life in Russia, so he is not evil, he lets people vote, so he is not a dictator, but he improves life in Russia to slow and is not selfless, therefore he is NO hero.

he banned the oligarch's he saved russia from the collapse and make its stronger, he is no friend to the west, he is samrt and dont go to a confrontation we dont need a cold war, he nationalizes the company's he is left and he says that the break of the SU was a disaster

Saved Russia from which collapse? Russia, while better than during Yeltsin's era, is quite weakened culturally and its ecnomy is by no means superior to USSR's.
