it's controlling the means of production and utilizing them to create a state of abundance and truly allowing for equal access to the institutions of power and production for need rather than profit

Control of the means of production is what determines classes, so when the means are held in common, there are no classes so it's communism. cheers Slice of the pie is dumb because people have different needs.

but these gains will and has always been pulled back the moment the ruling class can do it without causing an uproar.

bigger slice of the pie isn't enough
AND it doesn't acknowledge ALL workers of the WORLD

It doesn't remove the borders and remove the basic causes for Imperialist war
the material condition that adds to racism
to women's oppression

bigger slice just don't cut it

lemon meringue We're talkin about money. Equality of money doesn't matter, what matters is control of the mop. Economic egalitarianism without control of the mop is a petty bourgeois concept.

why should someone who has honestly done more for mankind NOT get a bigger peice of the pie?

My bigest thing with Communism is that they say that some broom pusher is the same as a leader of lets say a company.

Agreed. Let's say, purely hypothetical, and here simple for the sake of argument, that I single handedly save the world. Should I not get "a bigger slice" than, say, everyone else who cowered in fear of our alien opressors?

Of course, for the sake of equality and keeping people happy this would be a case by case basis, so to speak.

From each according to his ability, to each according to his need

that isn't done in society. the rich are made of those with the best ability to manipulate and exploit. It's the workers that are doing the work and producing for society

and we are saying a bigger slice of the pie ISN'T ENOUGH

Not all. Most are, for example Bill Gates. Others just exploit, though I shall admit I can't think of any at the moment. It's 3:00 in the morning. He, he, he. Sleep is for the weak! (He said before dying of an anurism.)

Bill gates made the technology

he did not single handedly create all of the computers ever created

he exploited labor to create it in mass

You realise Gates has given over 50% of his fortune to charity, right? Sure, he could give more, but complaining makes one sound ungrateful.

You realize the people he employs are still being exploited and have no say in the means of production

Rockefeller and Carnegie donated a great deal

equal slice means no profit or exploitation

and that isn't capitalism lol

the main point is that you can't vote in a smashing of the capitalist state and you can't vote in an end to profits when democracy for the workers is merely an illusion. Universal suffrage is a myth. Under capitalism it is only the democracy for the bourgeoisie

Bill Gates exploits. If you saved the world, in socialism you'd get paid according to how long it took you. In communism you could take as much as you feel you deserved.

you realize he did this because it made him profit more, In america if you make so much money it is taxed pretty heavily so if you donate a large amount you get tax write-offs so in the end it is just a good business plan

My bigest thing with Communism is that they say that some broom pusher is the same as a leader of lets say a company.

Are you honestly saying that an owner of a big business has done anything significant for mankind? At least a broom-pusher helps keep us from disease and bacteria. Whereas a business owner sits on his fat ass attaining wealth that has been created by someone else. Then, of course, he cuts a check for some organisation fighting AIDS and everyone applauds, saying, "what a great man!!".

My biggest thing with capitalism is that it undermines necessary labour, labour that we cannot do without. And they expect that our society would keep functioning if we were all a part of the bourgeoisie? Then who the fuck's gonna clean our toilets and flip our burgers? God knows we wouldn't do it. Can't demean ourselves with work like that.... I GOT IT!!! We'll train monkeys to flip our burgers!! But who the hell wants a monkey flippin burgers after he was just throwin his own feces around? Damn, back to the drawing board i guess.

And even still, think of how many more he could feed. Even from a somewhat capitalist standpoint, he is hoarding wealth while others starve. And why? Cos he gave us some technology? Thanks a ton, doucher, you're such a humanitarian.
