| -1 Everyone who wants to candidate as the chairman of his party must request a candidature in the CANDIDATURE THREAD
-2 Each party opens a thread in their forum to vote for their candidates. All candidates of the respective party must be listed there. Any member can open such a voting thread as soon as the deadline for candidates is over and when no other voting thread has been made
(To exclude non-party members from voting, you open a THREAD in the FORUM of your party, which is located in the TOPIC parliament.)
-3 Each party will vote on their candidate.
If no candidate has been voted on in a party, the candidate with the most posts becomes the chairman. Same applies in a draw.
-4 The names of chairmans of all parties are submitted in a new thread. And each candidate can promote his ideals in this thread.
Users can switch parties if they become convinced that a candidate is better, or if they switch ideologies.
-5 At the deadline of the campaign the election thread will be opened with all parties names and all users can vote on the party they like the most.
RESULTS:
-6 All votes are counted and the chairman of the biggest party must negotiate to make a coalition with other parties to achieve over 50% of votes. The other parties will belong to the opposition.
EXAMPLE: Party A: 40% Party B: 30% Party C: 20% Party D: 10%
Chairman of PARTY A want to form a coalition with PARTY C. Chairman of PARTY C agrees. The ratio of PARTY A members to PARTY B members is:
20 people will theoretically form the new government (20 POLITICAL POWER POINTS) For each full 5% a party will recieve 1 POLITICAL POWER POINTS
Remaining PPPs will be given to the coalition.

| why do we have to vote on the party we like most? pepole should vote for the chairman of thyer party. ecach partyes power points should be decided by nomber of posts 10% and members 90%. this should be done so that parties with nearly non active users have less power than otherwise example: Party a has 100 post and ten members that means they have 19 ppp party b has 1000 post and 25 members that means they have 123ppp part c has 500 post and 5 members that means they have 55ppp | |

Only if I will become chairman of that party. PS: I think it would be a good time to choose the chairmans for each party. Who wishes to candidate for which party?
