Ink's havin a breakdown... I've had two girls that i actually loved. The first was with a girl who didn't love me back; you can guess how that ended. The second is the relationship i'm in now. So i'll be on board with this once she dumps me, haha.

I do know how you feel though, at least when you are without the person you love. When i broke up with the first girl i loved, i couldn't stop thinkin about her for months. I really never had any of the physical dilemmas you're talkin about, cos i could sleep fine, eat, etc. But just the fact that i couldn't think of anything else drove me insane.

then i had a very sexual but absolutely loveless relationship and now I'm in a nice between one. you gotta find balance man thats what its all about.

The problem seems to be social norms and status

For example - when she thought I was older she was all over me, even wanted to meet up - since I told her my age I have detected a marked diff in her attitude. I have not changed - so it would appear that external social factors have more significance than pure relationship when it comes to the selection process of females.

Their are ways around this of course - we can manipulate peoples perception of external factors - ie Im 28 years old and yes I have a car

I have concluded that its Ok to lie to someone who KNOWINGLY chooses on the basis of social norms and status provided your looking for a sexual relationship - however your fucked if you fall in love ! and your more than likely going to if you get on well - and then your done for because the same lie that got you what you have will make you loose what you have.

Yep, you can't base a relationship on a lie. You have to start fresh, then slowly sprinkle on the lies as you go, haha. But really, if it is based on a lie, how can your significant other trust that anything else you say will be truth?

No I don't think I will either - her boyfriend is about 30 something and drives a real nice car and is bringing her to Thailand so I don't think I can compete. I've been teachin her about communism and anarchism for a while, and she's real interested. She's definitely not a cappie like when we first started dating. Now she hates rich people just as much as me, haha. And she's even gonna go with me to Mexico and, fate willing (if i can get there, that is), England, where i hope to settle down. Still have to work out the details though, but it'll be a few years before England anyway.
