Cop was on an obvious power trip. As for the Chicogo PD ignoring and covering up, I am really not surprised. America's police departments are really corrupt and supposedly only look good cuz the positive reports file in.

It's just one step away from police torture.

And yeah, America's workers are completely oppressed in secret. It's absolutely DISGUSTING.
