| You can't be serious?! He's the administrator of this site. You can't just ban him just because he banned a few rulebreakers a little longer than usual. He also has something called "a life". He's technically studying in China and you know how China places emphasis on education... @_@
I say NO. He should not be banned unless the majority (meaning him, lol) feels rightfully so. And even then, consider the other people who actually LIKE him as a admin.

| And just for future reference ( i know i've said this before), this is no longer how the people's court functions.
Do not ask people to vote, just open a thread and say why they should be punished. If it is decided that there is sufficient reason for the ban, then another thread will be opened with a poll.
EDIT: The thread has been reopened. The poll has been closed.
In accordance with the rules, make your arguments as to why Kenzu should be punished. If it is found that there is sufficient reason he should be punished, another thread will be opened with a vote.

| I disagree. that is hardly a basis for punishment. Mistakes should be forgiven, not punished. Besides, i would think this is more of a situation that you could just ask Kenzu for a "get out of jail free" pass. I don't really care what you do, but you better come up with a more convincing argument than "he should be punished for a mistake" if you expect anything to come of this thread. | |

| ^^ I don't think a mistake constitutes a perma-ban. I assume even the corrupt prosecutor would agree... That's matta by the way.
Does anyone have any legitimate arguments to post? If not, ima close this thread. It's not goin anywhere, and even matta has given up in exchange for an apology, which i would agree is fair.

| however you two are often spamming, there are still maybe hundreds of your spam posts on our site. You know how long it will take for our teams to delete all that?
Apart from that I have already deleted countless of your spam, which was nothing more than a "LOL" post and insults.
To be honest, I think the right thing to do would be to delete your account. You seem to continue to spam even after I warn you, even after you have received suspensions.
If I see new spam posted from you in june, you will be banned for 2 weeks this time and moderators (mattabesta for example) will be stripped of their moderator rights.
I actually have the right to delete your accounts because you have already received many warnings and suspensions already, I just wont do it, because it seems a little too extreme for me.
(and if you would ask me on MSN if I can unban you, and you promised not to spam again, I would have unblocked your accounts instantly.)
