not good memories.... he did westrenize russia but he was just an evil person, he enjoied making pepole drink so much that they passed out and aas soon as they woke up he poured anothere bottel of vine down there throats, he also liked beating ppl up. | |

I've read about him in sevral books and I'm pretty sure 100+ historians know more about him than thou. | |

Westernizing implies either the gradual adoption of western culture or the adoption of some western cultural traits. Nothing to do with technology nor living standards.
