Post your arguments here. Personnaly I support the dictature, only with some democratic elements, such as the election procedure, freedom of speech, etc.

I am, because I support the egality of all people and the commune property instead of private. What about democracy: just as I said in my Komsomol thread, the proletarian democracy is impossible right now, it can only come in develloped socialist society. Dictature (like in Cuba, Venesuela and Belarus) can become very useful in building that society.

thats what socialism is for, during the transition to communism the socilist government will be ran democraticly. No communist would support all the power in one mans hands. thats almost the antitheisist

I'm speaking about socialist government. Communism will come no earlier than 100 yers. And I'm not speaking about all the power. Only that one ruler will rule better than a company of rulers))

How's that? Even anarchy can be dictatorial or democratic.

Communism is not inevitable. It can only come with someone's action.

I voted for Democracy, because I do believe that it has the most merrit overall. History has shown that demo has more freedoms then a dict type of government, generally. Now, dict has advantages, and the lack of freedom has been an element of the leaders, not government type. And yes, it's a great fear of mine that Bush declare himself Emperor and turn America into more of a dict state than it already is, if that's at all possible. Which it is, if one follows the lack of freedoms argument. Just my opinion. Yep. Which no one ever listens to.

Sorry, annoying real life.

Anyway, I'll be the first to admit I don't know a whole lot about jst what would happen during a governmental tranition, but I sincerely doubt it would be the perfect world, to say the least, no matter what. Literally. At least if won through revolution.

And what's up with the yellow?

democrazy is the safest and no risk for getting sick leaders that missuse their powers, but its very slow... dictature is quick and painfull, it can only work if there is a right leader, and that only happends like 10% of the time, the rest are just crazy sick people who missuse their powers.
