I don't know that i would vote to delete these messages, but any of this offensive language should be covered. I mean, he's entitled to his opinion, so i don't think deletions are in order. Cyprian argued that he is allowed to have these thoughts, no matter how disgusting they are as long as he can back them up with polemic; fair enough, i suppose, but he had multiple opportunities to do so and made no attempt whatsoever. Cyprian would also point to the fact that Kenzu did not follow the rules, therefore it was not a legitamit ban. However, this is not based in truth or fact, but merely Cyprian's belief of what the rules actually are. He said he should have been warned and tried before being banned. Nowhere in the rules does it say anyone is entitled to any sort of trial. Maybe this needs to be changed, but this is not the place to discuss that. Also, i'll refer to the rules once more in attempt to clarify the misconception of warnings. Quote: -For minor offenses you will receive a warning. Nor is it minor to condone the killing, much less broadcast it, of anyone purely based on the color of their skin. If it is agreed upon that these infractions are in no way minor, then aryanpower was not entitled to warning. Again, maybe you believe this should be changed, but this is not the place to discuss it. If you have suggestions for a rule change, Kenzu has allowed for that in the thread where the rules have been posted. If you ban him he will learn nothing and continue his journey down that road, he needs gentle persuasion. If you let him go without attempting to help him we will be guilty of neglect. One week without his intolerant ass would be nice, though. I think Inkus has a point, but he's being a bit optimistic.
