Please follow the rules from here on in.

That said, i do believe he should be punished. He, in his short time here, has insulted individuals and entire races and ethnic groups. This cannot be tolerated with the lack of evidence he has provided to back such wild claims, and this cannot be tolerated in the way he has presented his views.

My father and Mother wore practicating Jews - that makes me a so called " member of the jewish race" I don't believe in racial dividal but I don't find offense against jews present -becous one way or another I know its directed at me - so I will speak on behalf of myself as a "Jew" I felt insulted by the man, but I also felt insulted by the free bypass of the established rules just becouse the higher ups "felt like it".

Yes, the case is closed because no rules were bypassed. You're reading into the rules what isn't there. The People's Court is not a rule to be followed, merely a way of making the operation of the site more democratic.

Again i say, if you want to change the rules, talk to Kenzu about it in a PM or make your suggestion in the thread where the rules are posted.
