Hereby I trial enviro for committing a personal attack against beatnikzach and his girlfriend by desiring Zach's girlfriend death.

As a result of this he was banned to prevent him from engaging in spam or repeating that sort of offense. However the duration of this ban ought to be determined by the people.

As a response to the ban, enviro resorted to the use of proxies to create a sockpuppet account. Therefore I also press the charge of multi accounting against him.

He's been known to be one of the main spammers within WR and he's also engaged in trolling activity.

I propose he be permabanned for inflicting such a serious offense against Zach and his girlfriend, for altaccounting and reincidence in spam and trolling.

Let the people express their views here.

Permaban. He was a pain in my ass when i was a mod, having to constantly delete his spam. He's a pain in the ass to me as a user, as his comments usually hinder a debate. And i've always believed he was half-troll.

And multi-accounting is a rule that no one objects to (except of course Watermelon and Enviro), and constitutes a permaban in the original rules i believe.

And of course the comment directed at Zach was simply egregious.
