Absoulte bullshit, kenzu. It wasn't an accuaision. "watermelon, if this is you, please go away." He is unsure weather or not its melon. You cant make an accusation based on a statement like that.

I applaud your desire to voice your views but I took the freedom to unban him.

As we have agreed, there will be no bans without trial except in very specific cases.

I don't remember the last referendum where we agreed that suspecting of new users being watermelon would result in ban so, any such ban is illegitimate therefore I will "unenforce" it.

And so I did.

If Kenzu thinks Tyrong's actions are banworthy, he can put him to trial and we all as a community can discuss whether he did wrong enough to be banned or not. This is how things have to work here.

Kenzu... do you realize how late you came to adress this issue? Almost 3 months. Yes, almost three months. Forumwise it's a lot.

And which members get annoyed? I haven't seen any protest. Those who don't express their concerns publically shall not be taken seriously let alone the fact that without expressing their concerns publicly there's no way for the community to know them.

You say the people get annoyed with such accusations... which people? All I've seen is people approving unanimously the procedures through which we will ban members.

And I will be reverting any ban that does not abide by the laws approved by the community.

As per the rules approved by the community Tyring should have been put to trial by you Kenzu, prior to any sentence. It's also noteworthy, again, that nowhere did the community agree that suspicion of new members being watermelon is banworthy.
