Just as elections for chairmen are taking place, we need to make elections for moderators.

To elect a moderator we have to take into account:

-Neutrality and objectiveness
-Activity

If I had to choose, I'd propose as moderators:

Oligarch
Diogritor
BolshevikClock

I could be a Liberal Democrat mod. Most of my posts actually count, whereas mattabesta spams up half the sections with quotes.

I deffinitely think Oligarch and Diogritor are some of the best Moderator material we've got.

I would actually boldly make them motherators but I think there should be a more direct election and it has to be as well consulted to Kenzu.

To choose moderators in a forum like this you check the members' individual records and pay less attention to their political affiliation.

You check:

1. That they're active.
2. That they're objective.
3. That they're congruent.
4. That they're able to notice at once violations to guidelines.

I think that Diogritor and Oligarch are the best examples of this, however there are other members which I would take into account like environmentalist, Jeiro, kahnsguard, ilych and probably carmen510.

However, so far, I think the best option for a moderator is Oligarch. He's one of the most active members (No. 3), he has proven his objectiveness and has as well proven to notice when things are not going well.

I would gladly put a Social-Democrat but the fact is that, from all the active parties, they're the least active.
