| In the hopes of increasing the efficiency and swiftness of forum action on the website, I propose a more "soviet-like" KGB.
I propose democratically elected ADMINS that swiftly maintain the site.
draft of rules: -To be elected you must first be NOMINATED by ANOTHER member other than yourself -After Nomination you must post a topic demonstrating your acceptance of the nomination -you must undergo an election period of 2 weeks -Kenzu of course must accept (but if he denies he must publicly post why he denied the user in question) -Soviet admins are subject to biweekly acceptance votes that determine whether or not the admin will remain in power -If the users decide a Soviet Admin should be removed from power, Kenzu will see to it the person is removed. -Abuse of Admin powers will result in an immediate IP ban - - -
feel free to add more |

| -there nedes to be many admins so taht if one dies the others can stil be here - the people vote on who is to be banned and then the admin does it.
- there are no "term limits" for admin -people just recall an admin if they fele the person isnt doing well. | |

| In a few rare cases, such as Lenin, dictatorship is not a bad thing, it can be good. | |

| i propose instead to have the mod from each party make a hall.
then after they discussed the issues with there party, each of those mods would have one vote in teh decsion making process of the forum,(with kenz approval ofcourse).
sorta like the EU | |
