| As of today, the new reform of WR takes effect. The reform will be a swift transformation of WR into a more independed body, where members will have more power and more people will be involved in the upkeep of this site an responding to members wishes and requests.
We are not only looking for a new administrator, but also for new positions to be filled.
Please post what positions would be needed and also who would like to fill them.
Post all changes you wish to see in WR.

| Most people come here anyway, and the most important are the loyal people anyway.
What I mean by this reform is that more people will have moderators rights. Simple as that. | |

| I think people need to be brought back from the Marxist Youth forum first.
That aside, in addition to an administrator I think we need to allow the userbase more self moderation.
EDIT: I suggest regularly scheduled IRC "Town Hall" style meetings.

Can you explain how such townhall meetings would work?
by the way, what do you think about adding another administrator. Currently there are only two, me and Zealot_Kommunizma. I was thinking about making another administrato, so we can have three!

| I think we definitely need another admin since zealot doesn't appear to be very active anymore.
I suggest such IRC meetings would begin with admins announcing their plans for the forum and the the current state of things and then ask for feedback. Users could then voice concerns, ask questions, and make suggestions. In my opinion, an IRC channel would be a much more productive environment for this than a bbs thread. | |

| I'm not sure if this is very helpful, but a friend of mine admins a smallish IRC network. He's a democratic socialist, I'm sure he'd be glad to get us a channel officially set up there. | |
