I think he tried to rebuild the Union's economy and end this idiotic gun race, but at the end he failed pitifully

For me he's a retarded that deliberately destroyed USSR. If I had him in front of me I think I wouldn't feel remorse for beating him, even inspite of his age.

He opened USSR to western influence and markets allowing imperialists to ravage the USSR. He is responsible for the destruction of the USSR and for the subsequent tragedies as well. I hate him inmensely.

It was actually 40% of all the budget, and no, that was not the main problem, the main problem is that USSR had actually a budget when ut should have employed a communist economic system.
